How to place an order: 1. Click on the BUY button next to the item you wish to purchase. If the word "OUT" appears where the button should be, the item is out of stock at this time and cannot be ordered. 2. When the next screen appears you have options to "Continue Shopping", "Recalculate" (after changing quantity), or go to "Order Checkout". When you click "Order Checkout", another screen appears. 3. Fill in the order form that appears on the screen. Be sure to fill in all the information requested. Please be sure the correct billing address is entered for the credit card used in the transaction or we cannot process the order. Please make sure fill in all 16 numbers and the expiration date. If you want the item shipped to an APO address or some address other than the billing address, enter this information in the "Comments" section at the bottom of the order form. If you are mailing a check instead of using a credit card, please read and follow the instructions at the bottom of the order form. Click "Proceed with Checkout" button to continue. If you omitted any required information, a screen will prompt you to fill in that area of the order form, then you can click the "Proceed with Order" button and continue with order process. 4. The next screen to appear is an order summary screen showing total charges for the product, shipping and tax (if we ship to PA). If the information is correct on this screen, click on the "Submit Secure Order" button. If you need to correct something on the page, click the back button on your screen. If you wish to cancel the order, simply close the page without clicking on any other buttons. 5 The next screen is an order confirmation screen showing your order number. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address on the order form with all your information, item ordered, and pricing. Tracking information will be emailed when we ship your order. OR 2. Print off the order sheet, (instructions appear on the order screen) attach payment, (money order, cashiers check, personal check, or fill in credit card number), and mail it to us You may fill in your credit card number and expiration date if you don't want to transmit it over the internet; otherwise, use number one above.
You must be 21 years of age to order We use only Secure Servers for our ordering process to avoid any misuse of credit information. When an item is marked "Limited Supply", orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. We do not ship C.O.D. We do accept purchase orders from agencies and municipalities. We do not backorder anything. If an item is out of stock, we try to remove it from the site as soon as possible. If for some reason you process your order before we remove the item from the web, we do not charge your credit card and inform you by e-mail. If you sent a check, we return the check and inform you by e-mail that we could not fill your order and your payment is being returned by mail. Online orders are restricted to the USA only! We currently do NOT accept foreign credit cards or ship to foreign countries. If ordering from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam, additional shipping charges will be added to your order. No charge for credit card purchases. We ship to APO addresses.
