T/C Encore and ProHunter
Barrels
Thompson Center Encore and
Prohunter barrels offer the shooter a good selection of lengths and calibers for
all types of shooting. Encore and Prohunter barrels are drilled and tapped for
scope mounts with no gunsmithing required.
T/C Encore Pistol Barrels
Note: No frames, no complete pistols, just barrels
listed below.

Note: Barrels for the Encore pistol ARE NOT
interchangeable with Contender pistol barrels.
|
The Original Contender and the NEW G2 Contender use the same barrels.
However, the stocks, forends, and grips are different and do not interchange.
The original model contender barrels have a single screw forearm...and the
G2 model barrels have a double screw forearm setup.
The TC ProHunter frame is the same as the
Encore frame except for the rotating hammer. All Encore and ProHunter
barrels, stocks, are forearms are interchangeable. ProHunter
center fire barrels use the same scope bases as any Encore Rifle or pistol.
Rimfire barrels have a flat base mounting area and require TC Rimfire bases
sold below.

Note that TC Prohunter barrels use the standard Encore
forends and standard Encore Buttstocks. They also use the standard TC Encore
rifle scope mounts. Be aware that special Prohunter Buttstocks and forends
are also available.
The TC Prohunter frame is the same as the Encore frame except
for the rotating hammer. All Encore and ProHunter barrels, stocks, forearms and
scope mounts are interchangeable.
Note: No frames, no complete rifles, just barrels listed
